Behind Axcentuate is a passionate Executive Leader, Mentor & Coach focused on continuous growth.
I bring 18 years experience within Commercial Finance at Big 4 Australian Bank prior to establishing Axcentuate.
With broad experience across Commercial Finance & lending (customer facing, enablement, project management, change and Enterprise Risk roles), I specialise in Risk Management, Governance & Compliance.
My strengths are developing & reimagining global frameworks, policies & procedures, developing & executing balanced solutions considering risks and customers, collaboration across extensive stakeholders (including Senior Executives, Regulators, Government and Industry Bodies), knowledge of Risk Appetite, Portfolio Reporting & Data Management.
I am certified in Project Management, Change Management and Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement principles.
